Most commonly stretch marks are associated with pregnancy or gaining and losing of weight rapidly; however, stretch marks also occur when the muscles are build too quickly without proper care. 1. Eat a balanced diet
Most of the bodybuilders do take very good care of their diet, and their diet usually consists of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Having said that, the key most things that their diet lacks is vitamins of all kinds. For some reason unknown, vitamins do tend to take a back seat in their dietary habits.
In order to keep these stretch marks at bay, it is of paramount importance to include vitamin A, C and E in your diet. Foods loaded with Vitamin C are all citrus fruits (lemons and oranges) and help in boosting collagen production. Vitamin E too helps in preventing stretch marks. 2. Build muscles tactfully

In addition, water also helps in keeping a tab on body weight. When the body weight is in control, the chances of having stretch marks are slim.
4. Dry brushing
Quite lately, dry brushing has been gaining a lot of attention and is presumed to be effective in preventing stretch marks. Dry brushing helps in exfoliating the skin and keeping the skin healthy. It is a good idea to use a brush that has natural fibers and has stiff bristles.
